Development of Training Curriculum on Decent Work and Gender

Purpose: Encourage active participation from trainees, aligned according to their specific requirements and learning aptitude.
Action: Developed 8 training modules and a facilitator’s guide as part of the project. We trained the implementation partner staff on aspects of Decent Work and Gender using these activity- based modules.
