Purpose: Understand the flow of these commodities from production to market, identifying key stakeholders, logistical challenges, and opportunities for value addition.
Action: We mapped the supply chains for aromatic rice and pulses across
several districts in Odisha (Sambalpur, Angul, Desogarh, Nayagarh, Keonjhar, Koraput, Rayagada, and Malkangiri). This resulted in a comprehensive overview of the current supply chain dynamics, highlighting gap and areas for improvement.
