Action: We trained 44 Biz Sakhis, enhancing their skills and equipping them to serve as effective mentors. We trained 1,251 micro-entrepreneurs with vital skills such as:

1. Identifying available opportunities in the area
2. Marketing strategies
3. Accessing finance
4. Online marketing techniques
5. Customer management and growth

We also identified and supported 289 micro-entrepreneurs and conducted hands-on training and support to help set up and revive their businesses. Community Radio was used to inform micro entrepreneurs with information on livelihoods, gender and micro entrepreneurship.
